I came home from vacation to a blizzard and a flooded basement ! Due to SEVERE weather- I knew it would be impossible to get any company to come out.
I called Soil Away- and Josh took the time to go through every detail of how it had happened. Then he REASSURED me ( during a stressful panicky moment) that the situation wasn’t as bad as I though it could be. He went through in detail how we could help the situation. The great news is that we were able to clean it up with some home equipment we had, and applying his suggestions.
I received a call first thing the next morning as a flow up, as well as an e mail and phone call in the afternoon.
What AMAZING customer service !!! To talk us through solutions and reassurance as well. Then the impeccable follow up the next day. This company is far superior to many and so many businesses could learn from them !

These guys are awesome! I was fortunate to meet the owner of the company a few weeks before the incident. We own and manage a 45,000 sq ft. office building on Elm St. in Manchester. One of our roof drains became plugged during a heavy rain storm, over night in late September destroying 6 units from the 4ths floor to the ground floor. After discovering the problem and unclogging the drain I got right on the phone with Soil Away’s customer service, before I was even off the phone Josh (owner) was calling me to reassure me that they were on the way and would be able to start the clean-up and drying process the very same day- this was at 4am. They did an amazing job catering to our specific needs and were able to provide us with a list of reliable subcontractors to repair the damage. I highly reccomend using these guys for any type of fire or water disaster. A+ through and through! Great job guys! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!!

After having my house severely damaged by ice dams this past winter, I was very overwhelmed by the damage that was done to my house and didn’t even know where to begin. Luckily, Soil-Away made it easier and walked me through the entire process of water mitigation and mold removal. I have a small cleaning business in  the concord N.H. area  I had a client recommend soil away to me 2 years ago when I was looking for someone to get a wine stain out of a carpet since then I have introduced soil away to 6 other clients and will continue to do so . I am very happy with the level of service my clients receive and the care the Techs take to make sure the client is happy with the job .I have had several homes with area rugs that were taken to their shop and cleaned many with pet stains so far I have been very happy with how clean soil away has gotten the rugs .
